How do I import places from TikTok or Instagram?
In the iOS app, tap Share on a video and choose Navi — or paste the link into the Imports tab in the app or on the web. Navi’s AI watches the video, finds the places mentioned, and saves them to your import inbox for review.
Do my trips sync between the iOS app and the web?
Yes. Sign in with the same account (Apple, Google, or email) and your trips, places, notes, and favourites sync automatically.
What do I get with Navi Premium?
Premium gives every trip unlimited places (free trips hold 10 each), raises your AI assistant limit from 5 to 100 chats per day, and lifts imports from 15 to 100 per month. Prefer to pay as you go? Unlock a single trip for unlimited places without subscribing. Lifetime gives you Premium forever with a one-time purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on iOS, manage it in your App Store subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, open Settings → Subscription → Manage to access the billing portal.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app or on the web. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can export your data first from Settings.
Does Navi track my location?
No. If you enable nearby alerts on iOS, your location is processed entirely on your device to notify you near saved places. It is never sent to our servers.
