Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Navi iOS app and the web app at navi-travel.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Green Junction Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16548743), registered office 49 Lampits Hill, Corringham, Stanford-le-Hope, England, SS17 9AA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Navi.

Your content

You own the trips, places, notes, and other content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, sync, and display that content to you — and, if you choose to make a trip public, to anyone you share the link with. You can make a public trip private again at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don’t abuse AI features, fair-use limits, or import quotas.
• Only import content you are entitled to view.

Subscriptions

Navi offers a free plan and paid plans (Navi Premium and Navi Lifetime). Purchases made in the iOS app are billed through your Apple account and managed in App Store settings; purchases made on the web are billed through Stripe and managed from Settings. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period except where required by law or by Apple’s refund policies.

AI features and third-party content

Assistant replies and imported place suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Place details (ratings, opening hours, photos) come from third-party sources such as Google. Always verify important details — opening times, bookings, safety, visas — before relying on them. Navi is a planning tool, not professional travel advice.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, during which you will be able to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated or third-party content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
